Hi! I am Victoria B. Freeman, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Cosmic Couch Counseling, LLC; a cozy corner of the universe where real healing happens that feels a little bit cosmic.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, it is about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know how to heal. My work blends evidence-based approaches (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy-DBT and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction-MBSR) with a deep respect for intuition and the weird, wonderful mystery of being a human.

Clients often tell me our sessions feel like a mix of honest conversations with a close friend, emotional clarity, and gentle curiosity; like talking with someone who can hold both the space and the stardust.

I have counseled individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, life changes, confidence/self-esteem challenges, women’s issues, and the big existential questions that tend to sneak up on us in quiet moments. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a change, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, laugh, cry, breathe, and grow.

When I am not in session, you might find me watching the latest true crime documentary, stargazing with tea in hand, or diving into a new psychology podcast that blows my mind just enough to keep me humble.
